This type of accommodation is certainly the one that gives the students the biggest independence (even though they have to be over eighteen years-old). They have their own bedroom (or a double one), sharing the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with other Universpain students coming from all over the world.

In this case, the students are responsible for the cleaning (though we do provide a weekly general cleaning of the flat, together with sheets and blankets) and have to cook their own food. The price also includes electricity, gas and water.
